Make a Masterpiece is my pride and joy (don’t tell my children!). This incredible business was completely unintentional, but when the universe gives a nudge…you listen.

Nearly ten years ago, when my babies were still babies, I was so over the corporate hustle not aligning with my family life. Balance between the two opposing forces was impossible and I needed a solution. Coincidentally enough during this sanity struggle my dear friend invited me to one of those newly popular paint n’ sip events. Wine + Painting + Friend Time…Yes, please!

And this is where the plan for my creative career was sparked. With encouragement from my super supportive husband (thanks honey!), a lifetime of professional art education (yay, for finally using my art degree – for real!), and that nudge from the universe, I started with small monthly in-home painting parties. Within two years things expanded quickly and Make a Masterpiece became my full time hustle. It’s a dream I never knew I had.
